What do you do?

I’m a girl, who works in the web related field of front end development. I have a passion for all things geeky, as well as creative; particularly CSS, web standards, and accessibility (hence the apt name Girl Gone Geeky).

Anything interesting you can say about yourself?

I ramble on a lot about nothing, spend a lot of time perfecting the art of procrastination, but in between that I like to see the world, buy lots of shoes, take lots of photos, and share what I know with those that are remotely interested.

Some would say I’m a bit finickity, I just say I like to make sure things are done the best way! ;-)

Random fact?

I played the piano for 5 years and reckon that if I didn’t think playing classical music was dull when I was 16, then I would have been up there with Alicia Keys ;-) .

I’ve also got some bongo drums lying around in my room…everyone wants to say they’re a rock star right?
